The Science of
Polynucleotides
Rejuran is an injectable treatment composed of polynucleotides — fragments of DNA derived from salmon. These biological molecules share a high degree of compatibility with human tissue, making them exceptionally well tolerated and biocompatible. When injected superficially into the dermis, polynucleotides interact with skin cells through a process known as adenosine A2A receptor activation, triggering a cascade of regenerative responses.
This activation stimulates fibroblasts — the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin — to increase their activity. At the same time, Rejuran promotes angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels), which improves nutrient delivery and oxygenation within the skin. The treatment also supports the repair and reinforcement of the extracellular matrix — the structural scaffolding that gives skin its firmness and resilience.

The skin is cleansed and a topical anaesthetic is applied for your comfort prior to treatment.
Microinjections

Immediate aftercare
Small raised bumps at injection sites are normal and typically flatten within 24–48 hours. Mild redness and swelling usually resolve within a few days.
